Minh Long Participates In Food & Hotel Vietnam 2017

Food & Hotel Vietnam 2017, an annual exhibition for hospitality and food industry, is held from 25 April to 27 April, 2017 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). This is the sixth time that Minh Long I Co., Ltd. participates in the event.

This year, the porcelain company aims to introduce more varieties of different product lines as well as showcase its new collections, many of which feature unique decorative patterns created with the latest embossing technology. Products that meet standards of 5-star hotels and restaurants are also expected to display during the event. Besides, Ly’s Horeca, another special product line for hospitality and catering services, catches the eyes of visitors thanks to its hardness, chip-resistance and the quality that complies with major European standards.

Featuring along with Minh Long’s products, The Golden Spoon & The Quintessence of Vietnamese Cuisine cookbook, which was published in conjunction with the Golden Spoon Awards, gets an equal amount of attention from visitors to Minh Long’s booth.

Food & Hotel Vietnam 2017 has 10,000 sqm of exhibition space to house 616 exhibitors from 38 countries and territories, accounting for 76% of foreign participants. The trade show agenda includes multiple seminars, cooking and barista competitions such as Vietnam Culinary Challenge 2017, in which Ly’s Horeca by Minh Long is the major sponsor.

Promotional activities like Food & Hotel are believed to boost Vietnam’s tourism with more positive progress. Additionally, talk shows on culinary topics also present food hygiene issues that customers are facing nowadays.

Since its first edition in 1978, Food & Hotel is the largest Asian trade fair for food, culture and hospitality services. The event comprises various promotional activities and performances of new devices and technologies in processing food and setting consuming trends. This is an opportunity for Vietnamese manufacturers to expand their business networks and experiencing different products and business solutions from all over the world.
